4. In instances of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we may need to cancel the activity or tour on short notice. In such circumstances, guests will not incur any costs and will have the option to reschedule or receive a complete refund.
5. Please be aware that, depending on your bank’s policies, it may take 7 to 14 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
